History
Ohio-West Viriginia Excavating Co. was founded in 1984 and has been operating in the region ever since. Our employees’ diverse educational and professional backgrounds add to their decades of expertise, and our registered professional engineers, project managers, and technicians are fully-certified in concrete, aggregates, and compaction.
We are a general contractor specializing in oil/gas, bridgework, drilled and driven piling work, slip repairs, earth moving, highway construction and utility construction, located centrally in the heart of the Utica Shale play. We have also completed several city streetscape renovation projects, as well as the beautiful Heritage Port located on the Ohio River in Wheeling West Virginia.
